Yes, both the Jay Murray and Michael Lipton tests were offcially released as extras on a UK DVD a few years back. Apparently Van Williams filmed one as well which I guess will eventually see the light of day when they get round to releasing the series on DVD..
Dozier made the tests for George Trendle Snr, not the ABC network (source Martin and Terry's Green Hornet book).
